All Prodigies members can sign into their accounts at play.prodigies.com/sign_in or through the Prodigies app.
Website Login
On our website, there are two ways to sign in:
Send Me a Sign In Link
This is our "passwordless" login option. Simply enter your email address and click “Send Me a Sign-In Link.” You’ll receive an email with a secure link that will automatically sign you into your account.Sign In with Password
You can also sign in using your email address and password. If you don’t remember your password, click “Forgot Password” to receive a password reset email. Alternatively, you can use the sign-in link option above.
If you do not see the sign-in or password reset email, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
App Login - Phone or Tablet
The sign-in process on mobile works just like the website - enter your email and choose either the sign-in link or your password.
Your username and password for our website will work on the Prodigies app as well. Many smart TVs these days, offer a "passwordless" sign-in process to save you time from typing in your email address and password with the TV remote.
On a TV (Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV, Samsung TV)
Typing an email address with a TV remote is no fun - so we made it easier! TV apps use a code-based sign-in that lets you complete the login on your phone or computer instead.
Here's how it works:
Open the Prodigies app on your TV and navigate to the sign-in screen
Select "Sign in using another device"
Your TV will display a unique code and a web address: play.prodigies.com/connect
Logging in through TV
On your phone or computer, go to play.prodigies.com/connect
Enter your email and password
Type in the code shown on your TV screen
Your TV app will automatically refresh and sign you in - no remote typing needed! 🎉
Tip: The code on your TV screen expires after a few minutes. If it times out before you finish, just select "Sign in using another device" again to get a fresh code.
Still Having Trouble?
Here are the most common reasons sign-in doesn't work, and how to fix them:
Problem | What to try |
Sign-in email isn't arriving | Check Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders |
Password isn't working | Use "Forgot Password" to reset it, or switch to the sign-in link option |
"No account found" message | Double-check the email. Try any other addresses you might have used when you signed up |
TV code expired before you finished | Go back and select "Sign in using another device" to generate a new code |
