If you're having trouble with that password try the under "Forgot Password?" That is where you will reset that password for the app as well. If that brings you to the catalog page as already signed-in to view videos, you can visit that and go Security to update your password.
If the app is asking you to subscribe and you're already a member you can skip that. You want to login rather than re-subscribe through the app because that will set up a second subscription.
Shop Page Login
Your Prodigies Play membership is not connect to our shop page (https://shop.prodigies.com). If you'd like to create a shop account for faster future check-outs you can. Otherwise, you can check out as a guest and use just your email address so that you receive shipping and order notifications.
Legacy Prodigies Login
If you signed up from 2015-2020, the older login page doesn't automatically sync to the new video streaming platform. We recommend setting both passwords to the same secure password. Lifetime Members and monthly subscribers from 2020 and earlier can access their there. Use to reset your password for the legacy site.
