Order Update / Tracking My Order
Prodigies ships from our own garage in the United States and typically fulfills orders within 2-3 business days. Sometimes orders are packaged and shipped the day of, other times shipping might be more delayed like during big enrollment periods (i.e. January enrollment, 4th of July Sale, back to school season, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday holiday shopping season). Prodigies ships via UPS and USPS only.
Once your order is packed and picked up by the carrier, an email with tracking information will be sent to the email you used at checkout.
If you're not seeing any email confirmations, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder as it might end up in those inboxes.

Backorders
If you ordered a product that lists a later shipping date, or "backorder", that means your order will not ship within our typical 2-3 day shipping timeline. For example, for products titled with "Ships July", will ship before the end of July.
Backorders on Kits that include the 1 year membership will provide access right away, and you can begin practicing with our lessons while you wait for your instrument to ship. Your 1 year membership will "reset" once the package is delivered to make up for the backorder delay.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If you need to edit your order before it ships, please contact us.
Shipping Policy
Prodigies offers free U.S. Shipping and 30-Day Returns to 48 contiguous states.
If you received a damaged package or product, we will replace it for you.
For international customers, fees may apply as we cannot guarantee that each country handles our packages appropriately. International orders will be charged shipping costs that vary by items ordered and shipping address. Customers with international orders are responsible for any import duties, fees, and tax that may be charged. If an international order refuses delivery and is successfully returned to Prodigies, only the value of the items ordered can be refunded. This does not include shipping costs.
To request a replacement, please forward us your order number/confirmation and describe the delivery condition in as much detail as possible. For deskbells covered by warranty, international shipping will be charged to the customer to send a replacement.
International Shipping
We can ship internationally and shipping costs are determined and calculated by the carrier (UPS or USPS). When you continue to checkout and enter your shipping address, the shipping costs will be available on the next screen and are determined by the size of the package, weight, and destination.
International orders are subject to additional customs, fees, and tax (VAT/GST) that vary depending on the country's tariff and customs policies. Prodigies is not responsible for any fees, tax, and/or duty imposed by customs.
You can use a duty calculator site like Simply Duty to calculate your estimated duty/fees/tax. Prodigies Deskbells fall under HS (Harmonized System) code 9206.00. Prodigies does not guarantee that these calculations are 100% accurate. Depending on the country, customs can be unfair and inconsistent.
For kits that combine instruments and books (any physical goods) with one of our memberships, only the physical goods being shipped will be declared on the package value. Therefore, the customer will only be charged a percentage of the physical-goods portion rather than the price of the entire kit (customs cannot charge you for digital portion of kit).
A note for international customers:
If you're outside the US, you'll get an email from our team (subject: "Prodigies Customs Notice") before your order ships. We do this so customs charges don't surprise you and so you can decide whether to proceed with shipping, cancel the physical-goods portion and keep just the membership, or change to a US shipping address if you have a forwarding option. This email is legitimate. We started doing this because too many Canadian customers were getting hit with unexpected customs bills and we'd rather over-communicate.
