Prodigies Deskbells are backed by a 2 Year, 3 Bell Replacement Policy

If you purchased bells from us, they’re backed by a 2 year, 3 bell replacement policy (whichever happens first). Replacement bells ship with a flat $5 shipping fee to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping elsewhere is dependent on location.

If you purchased a Full Deskbell Set (All 20 Deskbells together), those include 5 replacement bells, for two years.

Please write to [email protected] or find us in the chat on our site and confirm which bell needs a replacement (i.e. D/2 Orange Bell), and confirm your shipping address. Someone from our team will respond as soon as possible with updates.

And of course, if you received a set of bells and one is broken, let us know! We will ship you a replacement bell ASAP.

The bells are petty durable and kid-resistant, but alas, they’re not totally kid-proof. If you pull really hard on the top spring piece, you can break the seal that holds the spring and the lever in place. Sometimes, a well-placed drop of super-glue can fix this, depending on how it broke exactly.

If you sourced bells from a different website or provider, or your warranty is up, you can still get a replacement through us for $20 per bell + shipping. Please note, that we reserve stock priority of replacement bells for those under warranty, which sometimes results in specific bells not being available for purchase.
