Since we offer both the digital membership as well as physical goods (instruments, books, kits, etc.) there's two ways of gifting Prodigies.
Gifting a Kit, Instruments, and/or Books
If you're gifting anything that involves shipping, visit our Shop and add your desired products to your cart and continue to checkout like you would on any online store.
Option 1:
You can use the gift recipient's name, shipping address and email address at checkout, but use your credit card (payment method) in the payment details. Basically, their information with your billing to complete the order. Your gifts will be shipped right to their door, and if ordering a kit/membership, the access will be set up under their name and email right away, and receive a welcome email.
Option 2:
Complete the order and ship it to yourself, using all of your information. Then, email [email protected] about the order you recently made, and who you'd like to gift it to. Please include their name and email address, and the date in which you'd like us to activate their access (if you purchased a kit or membership).
Requests for December 25th will be completed on December 24, as our team is off on Christmas.
Option 3:
Otherwise, you can send them a gift card to our online shop to order goods.
When someone receives a gift card this will appear as a gift card code/redemption code. They can enter this code when they're ordering any goods through our Store, during the checkout process.
Gifting a Prodigies Membership (membership only)
To gift someone else digital access to videos & resources, you can purchase a Gift Card here. You can choose which of our three memberships you want to gift, as well as the duration (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc.).
After you complete the purchase you'll receive an email confirming your order. That includes a link to "Share Gift", which you can share via email with the gift recipient.
They can then apply that gift card code at checkout when they sign up for Prodigies. If they're already an existing member they can add that code to their My Account area, and future payments will pull from that gift card balance before returning back to their own payment method.
