If you're trying to access videos, either on the Play page website or app, you can sign-in here.

If you're having trouble with that password try the password reset under "Forgot Password?" That is where you will reset that password for the app as well. If that brings you to the catalog page as already signed-in to view videos, you can visit that Settings tab and go Security to update your password.

If the app is asking you to subscribe and you're already a member you can skip that. You want to login rather than re-subscribe through the app because that will set up a second subscription.

Your Prodigies Play membership is not connected to our shop page (prodigies.com). If you'd like to create a shop account for faster future check-outs you can. Otherwise, you can check out as a guest and use just your email address so that you receive shipping and order notifications.
