How do backorder kits work?
Some of our most popular kits are temporarily on backorder while we wait for our next shipment of bells. You can still order today and start learning right away.
When does my membership start?
Right away! You'll get full access to Prodigies lessons as soon as you order. When your bells ship, we reset your membership to a full year from that day. All the time before your bells arrive is a free bonus.
When will my bells ship?
Our current estimate is [January 2027]. We'll email you when your kit ships, and we'll send updates if the timing changes. We will only ship full kits - we do not ship books separately.
How do I get started without bells?
Download the free Prodigies Bells app. It puts colorful virtual bells on your phone or tablet, so kids can play along with lessons right away.
Use hand signs. Most lessons teach solfege hand signs, so kids can sing and sign along without any instrument.
Try the Compose tools. Kids can write and play back their own songs.
Play Prodigies games. They build note reading, rhythm and ear training.
Start with Level 1. Early lessons focus on singing, rhythm and movement, which is perfect for building a base before the bells arrive.
Do I get a discount for waiting?
Yes, save $10 on kits while they're on backorder. Kit pricing will increase once they're in-stock.
Can I cancel my backorder?
Yes, if you need to cancel or edit your order please email [email protected]. We can help with changing your address, editing the items in your order, or cancelling the order.
